Refund Policy
Vehicle reports are digital services generated from paid data sources immediately after purchase.
Last updated 24 October 2026Completed reports
Once a report has been successfully generated or a pack credit has been used, that check is normally non-refundable because the underlying data cost has been incurred and the digital service has been supplied.
Service failure
If payment is taken but VINWise cannot generate the purchased report, contact support@vinwise.uk with the registration, checkout email and payment time. We will investigate and, where the service was not supplied, provide a replacement credit or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect data
Report information comes from third-party records. A disagreement with a record does not automatically mean the service failed. Send supporting evidence so the data can be investigated with the provider.
Unused pack credits
Unused credits are not normally exchangeable for cash after the cooling-off or cancellation rights applicable to the transaction have ended. Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Chargebacks
Please contact support first. Unrecognised or duplicate payments will be investigated promptly.
