Applications and approval

Participation is by application and approval. VINWise may accept, reject, suspend or close a partner account where promotion is unsuitable, misleading, unlawful or harmful to customers or the VINWise brand.

Referral tracking

Approved partners receive a unique referral link and code. A referral link is stored for the stated attribution period only after the visitor accepts the partner offer. A code entered directly during checkout is treated as an explicit attribution choice and may override an earlier referral. Tracking can be affected by consent choices, browser restrictions, deleted cookies, technical failures or use across devices.

Commission

Commission is calculated at the rate shown in the partner dashboard on completed eligible orders and is based on the amount actually paid after partner discount. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, self-referred, duplicate or chargeback orders are not eligible. Commission remains pending during the configured review period.

Customer discounts

The customer discount attached to a partner code is set by VINWise and may change prospectively. Partners must not advertise a larger discount, combine codes without permission or describe an offer as permanent where it is not.

Promotion rules

Partners must disclose the commercial relationship clearly, use accurate pricing and claims, and follow advertising, privacy and platform rules. Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading coupon pages, impersonation, spam, unauthorised paid-search bidding on VINWise brand terms, self-referrals and unsupported guarantees are prohibited.

Brand and content

VINWise names, logos and supplied creative may only be used for authorised promotion. Partners may not copy the website, imply ownership or affiliation beyond the approved commercial relationship, or alter supplied claims in a misleading way.

Payouts

Approved commission becomes eligible once the minimum balance shown in the dashboard is reached. Where Stripe Connect is enabled, the dashboard distinguishes commission review, transfer to Stripe, bank submission, paid-to-bank and failed states. Identity verification and bank details are handled through the partner’s Stripe Express account. Eligible Stripe Connect payouts are processed automatically after the review period and minimum balance are satisfied. Referrals flagged for unusual activity may be held for investigation. Manual or PayPal fallback payments are recorded only after an external payment reference is confirmed. Refunds, disputes and negative adjustments may reduce future balances. Partners are responsible for accurate payment and tax information and for their own tax obligations.

Changes and termination

VINWise may update programme terms, rates, attribution periods and promotional rules. Material changes apply prospectively unless required to prevent fraud or legal risk. Either party may end participation; valid approved commission accrued before termination remains subject to review and these terms.
